Monday night features only two games but there will never be a shortage for bargains if you know where to look.
1.) P.J. Tucker, PF, Houston Rockets
Tucker comes up big in Game 3 and has some solid averages this series (13 points, six rebounds, two assists, and 1.3 steals. He is a big part of the Rockets’ offense and defense and will continue to see upwards of 30 minutes every single night.
2.) Luke Kennard, SF, Detroit Pistons
I expect Detroit to sit out Blake Griffin as they are on the verge of a sweep, and that will open up scoring opportunities for Kennard, who is averaging 20 points until the Pistons decided to suit Griffin up in Game 3. If Griffin sits Game 4, Kennard is a must-own for me.
3.) Reggie Jackson, PG, Detroit Pistons
Speaking of increased opportunities, Jackson has upped his game over the past two (although that did not matter much in the end). He is averaging 16.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and eight assists during that span.
4.) Eric Gordon, SG, Houston Rockets
Like his teammate P.J. Tucker, Gordon may not be spectacular but is very solid. His role is to shoot threes every time he sees daylight and has fulfilled that to a tee. The first two games of the series went a lot better for Gordon but playing at least 30 minutes a night gives him so many opportunities.
5.) Jae Crowder, PF, Utah Jazz
Crowder has struggled big time this series but if you’re feeling lucky, he’s at a bargain price. I wouldn’t count on it but stranger things have happened.
