Andre Drummond, C, DET ($10,600)
How in the world is Drummond not an all-star? He continues to be the best rebounder in basketball, grabbing 15.7 a game and 21 in Monday’s loss to the Pelicans. If he can grab that many boards against Anthony Davis, how many can he get tonight against the Hawks? He and Davis are far and away better than any other centers available tonight.
Kyle Lowry, PG, TOR ($7,600)
Lowry recorded 22 points (8-17 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), eight assists, four rebounds and two steals in 33 minutes during Tuesday’s 115-112 win over the Heat. Lowry has had a down year, but his price is affordable enough to take him as a PG, especially since he has the potential to go off for 50+ FP at any time. The Bulls are obviously a weak opponent, so I like the matchup and value here.
Marcus Morris, PF, BOS ($4,700)
I like Marcus as a super value pick for tonight. Boston is banged up and its lead to more minutes and shot attempts for Morris. He was one of the few reliable scorers for the Celtics against the Cavs on Sunday. He won’t have to guard Blake Griffin so perhaps that will leave Morris with more energy to expend on the offensive end tonight.
Zach Lavine, SG, CHI ($7,800)
Zach Lavine has scored 34.6, 47.5 and 34.9 FP in the last 3 games he’s played in. That’s 39 FPPG which is more than what DeMar Derozan has averaged this season. Grab Lavine while he’s hot.
